Art. 1 — Nature of the Project

Milano: Home Away From Home is a non-profit, student-led cultural initiative aimed at supporting and showcasing emerging artists whose practices are shaped by their experience of living in Milan.

The exhibition is non-commercial in nature. The organizers do not facilitate sales and do not retain commission on artworks. Any sale or transaction remains the sole responsibility of the artist.

Art. 2 — Participation

Participation in the open call is free of charge.

Applicants must meet all eligibility requirements and submit a complete application through the official submission platform.

All decisions made by the curatorial team and the Art Advisory Board are final and not subject to appeal.

In cases of ambiguity or lack of consensus, the final decision rests with the organizing team.

Artists retain full ownership and intellectual property rights of their works at all times.

Participation in the exhibition does not imply any transfer of ownership to the organizers.

Art. 5 — Image and Reproduction Rights

By submitting an application, participants grant the organizers the right to use images, videos, and documentation of the submitted artworks for:
